About Us:4dev.com is an international B2B SaaS platform that helps businesses automate payments to remote employees, freelancers, and contractors in 100+ countries worldwide. Our product combines fintech and HR-tech, enabling clients to make fully compliant payments in any currency and automatically receive related documentation for reporting.
Having established our product-market fit, we’re experiencing rapid annual growth and are expanding our team. We’re currently looking for a talented developer to take responsibility for leading the company’s product team.
This is a
remote position open to candidates who can work most hours within
GMT +3 timezone ±3 hours, has
7+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading a cross-functional development team.
- Designing application architecture.
- Estimating timelines and complexity for feature implementation.
- Decomposing, assigning, and distributing tasks among the product team (team composition: 3 Go developers, 1 Frontend Vue developer, QA, PM, PO, and DevOps).
- Sprint planning (we follow the Scrumban methodology).
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Please note that this position requires a minimum of B2 proficiency in the Russian language.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience with the following stack: Go, VueJS, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Understanding of product team workflows.
- Ability to implement changes and justify decisions.
- Experience with similar products (a plus).
