Project Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to support the redesign and revamp of a custom ServiceNow application that integrates with multiple ServiceNow modules and third-party applications. This initiative focuses on enhancing process efficiencies, implementing workflow automation, and improving end-user experience. The project is running on a tight schedule with continuous releases, requiring immediate resource onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow forms, UI policies, business rules, and scripts for seamless functionality.
• Develop automation frameworks to streamline workflows and repetitive processes within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, etc.) for data exchange and automation.
• Implement secure-by-design principles and best practices in ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
• Provide production support, including triage, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), issue resolution, and regression testing.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
• Collaborate with Agile teams in a SAFe Agile environment, ensuring smooth implementation of enhancements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines to enable automated deployment and testing in ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and automation scripts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6-8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development, including architectural and technical solution design.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as GRC/IRM, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, CMDB, ATF, ITIL, Release & Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
• AWS integration experience (Lambda, Step Functions, serverless technologies) is a nice-to-have.
• Strong knowledge of secure-by-design principles and their implementation.
• Ability to work in a Durable team model and support eastern time zone working hours.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodology and Agile collaboration tools like JIRA.
