Must-have skills / experience
  • 2+ yrs professional Webflow development (CMS, interactions, symbol/component systems)
  • Good HTML fundamentals: understands semantic tags (header, section, headings, alt text)
  • Converting Figma designs to production sites without templates
  • Familiar with SEO on-page best practices, schema, redirects, analytics tags
  • Comfortable hooking Webflow to marketing/analytics stacks (active campaign)
  • Ability to work US EST, CST or MST time zone

Nice to Have
  • React or Vue experience; component design systems
  • Automation/CI with zapier, email automations
  • Light design skills
