WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

YOUR EXPERTISE
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related pure engineering discipline)
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience with proven management or leadership track record
• Track record with continuous improvement initiatives and performance metrics
• Experience leading engineering teams in process design and equipment development
• Project management experience with cross-functional team leadership
