We are a financial-wellness platform helping people make smarter financial decisions through modern tools, personalized education, and AI-powered guidance. Our mobile app (Flutter) is a core part of the experience—serving thousands of users across iOS and Android.

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer who is technically excellent, communicates clearly, and collaborates with humility. You’ll work closely with backend, QA, product, and design teams, and also be trusted to deliver independently when needed.

What You Will Do
  • Own major features and modules in the the mobile app, from architecture through implementation and release.
  • Build high-quality, performant Flutter code (Dart) with clean architecture, test coverage, and thoughtful state management.
  • Work across the full mobile lifecycle: UI, API integration, local storage, push notifications, analytics, error monitoring, and CI/CD deployment.
  • Collaborate deeply with backend engineers to integrate with our .NET microservices
  • Partner with QA to ensure smooth releases and strong automation coverage.
  • Break down complex problems, estimate work accurately, and deliver consistently.
  • Contribute to improving mobile engineering practices, tooling, documentation, and architectural decisions.
  • Communicate proactively, raising risks early, asking questions when unclear, and sharing knowledge openly.

Technical Skills
  • 4−7+ years of professional mobile development; 3+ years with Flutter/Dart in production at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture patterns (Bloc/Cubit, GetIt Dependency Injection and GoRouter Navigation).
  • Expertise in building responsive, performant UIs across varied screen sizes and devices.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and handling offline states.
  • Familiarity with push notifications (Firebase), deep linking, in-app purchases/subscriptions, and app-store deployment.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD for mobile (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • English (B2+)
