Our agency delivers high-converting marketing campaigns, and our team supports a variety of clients by building efficient, data-driven landing pages and digital assets tailored to specific audiences and goals.

We are looking for a Junior+ WordPress Developer who will help us build and maintain WordPress-based landing pages for various client projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment, gain real-world experience, and collaborate with marketers, designers, and tech teams.

Candidate location:
Eastern Europe. Open to remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update WordPress landing pages based on provided designs and content
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure landing pages are visually appealing, fast, and optimized for conversions
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when necessary
• Test and troubleshoot across multiple browsers and devices
• Optimize site speed and performance
• Stay updated with WordPress best practices and plugin landscape

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in WordPress development
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) is a plus
• Ability to translate design mockups into functional WordPress pages
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher) – both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Work Schedule (Israel Time):

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility possible depending on the candidate)
