We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and take a leadership role in driving the development of our system (exp: https://voluum.com). Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of a system that consolidates campaign data from multiple platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP, while working on the back end.
• Build and enhance front-end components using Angular or React, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Manage databases with MySQL, ensuring data integrity and optimized performance.
• Utilize Azure for cloud-based development and deployment.
• Provide expertise in WordPress where applicable, for related projects or integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed within deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in:

PHP (Main work)
Angular or React
MySQL
Azure
WordPress
Python (3+ years)

• Proven experience in leading teams or working at a team leader level.
• Strong command of Russian + English B2+ (written and spoken).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of campaign data systems and data consolidation is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
