About the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing, family-run
wine and spirits company with an exceptional international reputation. Their portfolio includes
five distinctive, premium brands, each celebrated for quality and originality.
With a strong presence across Europe and partnerships worldwide, they continue to expand — and are now looking for a
Brand Ambassador to help drive growth and visibility across
Belgium and Luxembourg.
This is a
field-based, high-energy commercial role that combines sales, brand activation, and relationship building within the vibrant world of
bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues.
The OpportunityAs a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the company in Belgium and Luxembourg — connecting with key on-trade accounts, engaging customers, and creating unforgettable brand experiences.
You’ll balance hands-on sales and creative brand building, spending most of your time in the field visiting accounts, hosting tastings, and running activations that bring the brands to life.
You’ll report directly to the
International Sales Director, working closely with the
Regional Market Manager.
What You’ll Do- Grow brand presence through tastings, promotions, events, and incentive campaigns.
- Drive sales volume across top bars, restaurants, hotels, and distributors.
- Build and manage strong relationships with wholesalers and their sales teams.
- Generate new business through at least 20+ customer meetings per week — including evening or weekend events (tastings, parties, activations).
- Execute marketing activations and brand experiences across nightlife and hospitality venues.
- Ensure pricing and brand consistency in the market.
- Represent the company at trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events.
- Plan and report effectively: one day per week dedicated to admin, expenses, diary planning, and CRM updates (typically Monday).
- Travel extensively — rotating through sub-regions monthly to maximise visibility and impact.
What You’ll BringEssential- Proven sales experience in the alcohol beverage or food industry.
- Demonstrated success in on-trade activation and wholesaler engagement.
- A confident, relationship-driven communicator who thrives in a people-facing role.
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly self-motivated — comfortable working independently.
- Experience managing trade marketing initiatives and client promotions.
- Based in Belgium, with flexibility to travel 4 days per week.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (Flemish); good working knowledge of French.
- Valid driving licence.
Desirable- An existing network across Belgium’s on-trade scene (bars, restaurants, nightclubs).
- Experience with importers, distributors, or beverage brands in the alcohol sector.
- Background in premium brand marketing or consumer engagement.
What’s in It for You- Base Salary: €38,000–€43,000
- Bonus: up to 25% (performance-based)
- Car Allowance: €400–€500/month
- Travel Expenses: €1,000–€1,500/month
- Tech Support: up to €1,000 for laptop or tech setup
- Annual sales conferences and company events in Europe
- A fun, creative, and high-energy team culture
- The opportunity to represent exciting, fast-growing premium brands in a booming industry
Selection Process- Initial interview (Teams) with the International Sales Director and Belgium Brand Ambassador
- Second interview with the International Sales Director
- Final stage: completion of a DISC personality assessment
Why This Role Stands OutThis is more than just a sales job — it’s a

It’s perfect for someone who is
energetic, outgoing, and loves the hospitality world.
